Daoist Quest Exclusive Illustrations Now Available!

We’ve been cooking something this past few days!

We’re rolling out exclusive Daoist Quest (DQ) illustrations to bring your favorite stories to life, and Scoundrel in the Holy Academy is the Demon Lord’s Son is the first to receive this new feature. As you read, you may notice an image icon ‘🖼️’ in some paragraphs, clicking it will reveal an AI-created illustration to help immerse you even deeper into the story. Plus, there’s a new DQ Illustration tab where you can view all available illustrations on that novel.

These AI illustrations are unofficial and purely for enhancing your reading experience. Official illustrations will appear directly in chapters without needing to click an icon.

Since this is an experimental feature, you may encounter a few bugs along the way. If you do, please feel free to report them here in this post or on our Discord so we can improve the experience for everyone!

We’re starting with Scoundrel in the Holy Academy is the Demon Lord’s Son since it has fewer chapters, but our goal is to bring illustrations to other novels as well. If there’s a particular chapter in any novel you’d love to see illustrated, let us know by commenting below!

The first few DQ illustrations will be available to everyone as a free demo. For access to illustrations in later chapters, you can join our Elementary Daoist Patreon tier for $3, which unlocks all DQ illustrations across chapters.
